Private house boasts 3 upscale, clean bedrooms and 3 baths with relaxing private pool. Utilize the private elevator from the garage to the main floor to help you transport all your luggage and beach items. The sun, sound of waves, and white sand are only 900 ft away or enjoy fishing and boating right off the private dock on the canal leading out to the ​bay. Cool breezes and views​ of sunrise/sunset can be seen from the wrap around balconies​ while you enjoy your morning coffee or late night cool drinks ​. Play all day in the private pool or relax in the jetted spa. Cold outside? Pool and spa can be heated with an extra fee ($500). The ​living room has a comfortable queen sleeper and two high-quality​ swivel​ chairs. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed with the view of the bay and a large walk-in closet. The main floor bathroom has a walk-in all tile shower with corner​ seat to relax after a day at the beach. The well-decorated​ master bedroom is located on the second floor with a sleep number bed for your comfort with a massage function to relax all of your sore muscles. The large master​ bath has an all tile walk-in​ shower and corner seat or spend time soaking in the large master bathtub​ and take in the Florida views of palm trees and blue skies. Two upstairs tile showered bathrooms, give both bedrooms their own privacy with plenty of towels. ​Third bedroom has 2 double size bed​s and a single size bed. All have new linens and can sleep a total of 5. A full-size​ washer and dryer​ are located next to the upstairs bedrooms to make it convenient​ to keep your​ items clean. This home has TV's both upstairs and down, and separate dining and living room, with the kitchen and a pass-through bar. 5G internet for streaming is available. ​​There are adult, children’s bikes, ping pong table, and three kayaks with safety vests. Our cleaning crew have high standards to disinfect the house to minimize risk of spreading viruses. A golf cart is available for rent (additional fee if rented $500 per week) to carry all your goodies to the beach and park at the public parking area. We only accept weekly (7 day) bookings starting on Saturday and checking out the following Saturday. It is important to purchase travel insurance to receive a full refund in an event of a natural disaster (hurricane) or pandemic. Travel insurance is not included in this booking and is highly recommended through a third party company. Please see refund policy for more information. Two security cameras are located on the premises. One is towards the driveway in the front of the house and the other is pointing towards the pool equipment (not the pool or hot tub) Both are for safety and security and shall not hiddener your privacy or enjoyment! The house is beautiful and in a nice location—I enjoyed being on one of the canals and it’s a quick walk or drive to the beach. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Our only major issue was that garbage bins were not on the property and we weren’t provided a solution by the host—we ended up having to put our trash in another rental house’s bin. We felt bad about this but didn’t know what else to do—the host’s communication was a bit lacking. She provided solutions for a few other minor issues, but the response time was a bit inconsistent. That being said, we still had a great time and the property is really nice and peaceful.

We stayed at this absolutely beautiful home during our July vacation and had the most wonderful time! We’re a group from Illinois, and this house truly exceeded our expectations in every way.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the ambience and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The pool was perfect—great temperature and beautifully maintained. The dock was a favorite for morning coffee and evening fishing, and we were lucky enough to kayak with dolphins right off the property! The kayaks were such a great addition, and the view from the upper level was absolutely stunning.We also appreciated how well-stocked everything was. Tons of fluffy towels, coffee, shampoo, and every kitchen item we could have needed were already provided. The trash compactor was a surprising favorite—so convenient! The kitchen was well-equipped, making meals a breeze.The bedrooms were perfect for two families, with plenty of space for the kids and adults alike. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and the garage play area with ping-pong was a hit with the kids. The decor was modern, beachy, and super cozy—felt just like home, but better!Location-wise, we loved being so close to the beach, a great local coffee shop, and of course, Tommy’s Snowballs (a must-visit treat spot!). Fantastic rental

We love this house location and amenities when we visit Navarre. The elevator makes it so easy to get our items up into the house. The pool is lovely and sits on the canal so we have fantastic views. It comes with a host of beach toys, chairs and supplies, and having the golf cart is an added bonus.

Perfect waterfront vacay home

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 1 dog. The waterfront was perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking (provided). Pool was so clean and perfect for mid day when beach was too hot. Afternoons were spent cooking meals on the BBQ pit,playing ping pong, watching sunsets or late night swimming. We ate all of our meals on the fabulous deck. Home was well stocked with lots of towels, pots, pans, seasonings, etc. Check in/out directions were clear. The elevator was fabulous for getting groceries to the kitchen quickly and easily. Only a short walk to the beach, great for early morning strolls. This home is truly amazing!

Great house. Everything you need for a great vacation is there. We didn’t use the golf cart but the grandkids were in the pool most of the week and we all enjoyed the bicycles that were provided. The house is beautiful and comfortable, one of the few with a gas stovetop. We will rent again if it is available. Great manager response time. If I had a question, I would receive a response within 30-40minutes. Thanks Rose.

Best place on earth

This is the fifth year in a row we have stayed at Sea Turtle and not one time have we felt the need to look at other properties. The hostess is THE best you will ever find. She answers any communications promptly and with grace. We prefer the bay side because the view of the lights at night are very restful and quiet. Not a big deal getting to the beach, but honestly with the pool not a priority except for looking for shells and if the gulf conditions are bad its not a problem to hang out at the house.

Our stay at Sea Turtle was wonderful. The home was well stocked with plenty of cookware, towels, etc. We did not decide about the golf cart rental until we arrived. Rose made the rental process very easy for us. All other questions were answered promptly. (Great way to get to the beach!) The pool and whirlpool were great. Overall the home was great for us! I would recommend this home to other families!

Perfect getaway

The house was beautiful. The pictures online didn’t do it justice. It had everything you needed for a beach day. The public beach access was a short walk/drive away. We loved the private pool. It was the perfect backyard oasis and a fun place for our family to relax before and after the beach. Rose was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful fun week with family!

This is the 11th year for our multi-generational family week at the beach and our third year at Navarre Beach. Our grandsons are now 16 and 14 so this year we needed a larger home and the Sea Turtle House was perfect in every way. We loved the spaciousness inside and the pool, multiple balconies, canal and proximity to the beach were perfect. We are already looking forward to a second stay in 2025!!

Best place I have ever rented

Well we had a little hicup when we first arrived because of a huge storm. The owner went above and beyond to fix the problem. I contacted her and everytime she replied within ten minutes or sooner. I contacted her many many times too lol. Rose is the sweetest lady and had the pleasure fo renting from her. Her place was outstanding and had literally everything. Didnt need to bring anything for the beach cause its all there everything you need. Plus bikes,kyacks, all beach toys and floats,fishing,tackle. Best place i have ever stayed. Location is perfect and the end of a cul-de-sac. I would highly recommend a stay here. Only bad thing is we wish we could of stayed longer...

Very nice house and location. Amenities were great with bikes, kayaks and extra beach toys and chairs if needed. Golf cart to rent if wanted. This was our first time in Navarre Beach, and it was fabulous. Never seen ocean water so clear and wave-less. Interior of house very nice and clean.

Beautiful waterfront home with boat docking.

Beautiful home, pool and dock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for us to spread out. Direct waterfront access to the Sound is such a great amenity for anyone with a boat. Great views of the water. Easy access to any of the gulf front beach areas and restaurants. Thank you Rose!
