BELLE LISTE AVEC ACCÈS PRIVÉ À LA PLAGE !! Le complexe Sugar Beach est un complexe familial situĂ© directement sur les belles plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Notre maison de ville de 2 chambres fait partie de Sugar Beach, qui est un complexe intime en forme de U avec une piscine chauffĂ©e en plein centre. Il n'y a que quelques unitĂ©s partageant notre magnifique plage tandis que les stations Ă  proximitĂ© ont plus de 200 unitĂ©s partageant leur front de mer.

Bien que notre unité n'ait pas de vue sur le golfe, la plage et la toute nouvelle piscine chauffée ne sont qu'à quelques pas. Vous avez également le bonus d'un patio privé avec table de patio, chaises et parasol. Vous obtenez le meilleur des deux mondes à l'extérieur!

À l'intĂ©rieur, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre dans notre plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec cuisine, salle Ă  manger, salon (avec grand tiroir) et demi-bain en bas. A l'Ă©tage, vous aurez accĂšs Ă  une chambre principale avec lit king et une deuxiĂšme chambre avec deux lits queen. Un lit pliant est disponible sur demande. A l'Ă©tage se trouve Ă©galement une grande salle de bains avec double vasque et une grande buanderie. CĂąble et WIFI GRATUIT sont inclus dans toute l'unitĂ©.

Vous n'aurez rien Ă  apporter car nous avons pensĂ© Ă  tout et l'avons inclus pour vous. Nous avons mĂȘme des films et des jeux pour votre plaisir. La Navarre est l'un des secrets les mieux gardĂ©s de la Floride ... PROFITEZ!

It’s a really great place your own little outdoor area - easy to get to and from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, etc., but away from all the traffic and noise. We had everything we needed and place was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accessible. I would like to stay in this unit again soon.

Great stay in Navarre!

If you’re staying in Navarre, this is the place! It’s so close to the beach, has all the needed beach supplies, and there’s a pool to cool off in that’s literally right across the parking lot. The unit is very quiet since it’s an end unit, and the blackout curtains are a much appreciated touch in the master bedroom! The fact that the unit is two stories, with the bedrooms upstairs, is so convenient— no need to worry about neighbors upstairs or downstairs! Would stay here again!

We had the best time at this darling condo. Debbie was super receptive to all of our questions and was a delightful host. We had everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation ever. We were delighted to be less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean, and steps from the pool. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and nice living room were a few of the amenities that make this place shine, however the back patio was wonderful for eating meals, relaxing, and having a place to put our soggy beach gear. Already looking to book our next vacation there!

Wonderful Unit and Location!

We had such a great vacation in this unit! The place was clean, communication was great, check-in was easy and access to the pool was great. This unit is also on the end of a building so you only share a wall with one neighbor (I didn’t realize that when I booked our stay, but I was pleasantly surprised by this). Access to the beach was quick and safe. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It would have been nice to have more plates so that I didn't have to wash them so often (but that reallt wasn't a big deal). I was happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit too! Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!

Our stay was fabulous! This is our 2nd annual Navarre vacation and there will definitely be a third! We love staying in this little condo setting, the pool is great and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Having the top and bottom level you never have to worry if you’re too noisy or if the neighbors are going to be too noisy. Highly recommend this location!

What an awesome place to stay! The house was clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need to stay for the week. So convenient too, as you could either walk OR take a short drive to the beach. And of course Navarre Beach is just stunning. 10/10 would recommend :)

Wow! What a wonderful place and host!!!

First of all Debbie the host was AMAZING to work with. She was so friendly and quick to respond to all of my questions and when I broke my foot right before our original travel dates she was so kind to let us switch dates. Thank you Debbie for everything and for letting us stay in your beautiful home! The house was better in person, photos online don't do justice. It had EVERYTHING we needed and MORE. It had an awesome fenced patio with plenty of seating with table/umbrella. There is a grill outside but we didn't personally utilize it. Big storage locker on patio with TONS of stuff for beach (sand toys, nets, chairs, umbrella). Kitchen was fully equipped more than we even needed. It was so nice to even have glass casserole pans so we could buy groceries and bake casseroles. All appliances worked as expected. Roku tv which was nice for kids to watch when we weren't on the go. Beds SUPER comfortable. There is a pull out sofa but we didn't utilize it. Washer and dryer was huge plus....I did all our laundry night before we headed home so nice to not come home to laundry. Super cute beachy decor throughout home, definitely felt like beach home. Outdoor hose/shower was so handy to rinse sand off before entering home. Lots of bath towels but only 3 beach towels so would be nice to have more. The beach is BREATHTAKING!! We plan to book again! What a great family vacation! Oh the pool, we used it one time, great bonus to the place! Y

Perfect Escape

We had a great stay. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of extra items that make it homie and prevent having to pack every single thing. The biggest blessing was them last minute adding a day to the beginning of our trip so we could get out of line of a hurricane hitting home.

Found our new vacation spot

The house was beautiful and very clean. I was a little skeptical about the “includes everything you need” but it really does have everything. I did not need to contact the host during our stay but all my questions before the trip were answered completely and very quickly. All we really had to do was show up and go to the beach (which was a beautiful green and clear the whole trip). We will definitely be back!!
