Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. The unit we were given was not family suite I booked for, though it has 2 bedrooms and was fit for a family of 4. The check-in was a letdown. The unit was nicely decorated and overall was good, however the bedcover were not clean (some yellow stains). The location was a bit out of town, thought it wasn't too far to walk to the beach and the old town.

On the hotels .com booking site. It stated toiletries, bottled water, coffee , nespresso machine. None of the above were in the room. Didn't like the location ,too far to walk into town. Scruffy area. Very disappointed overall. Wi Fi was terrible connection. Needs more finishing touches and amenities. Host was pleasant and helpful on arrival .

Gorgeous stay and absolutely clean! Very chic decor no front desk more apartment style. Owner was kind enough to loan me a charger which I realised I had to return once I got on the ferry! I guess I'll have to stay again sometime.

Modern und neu, jedoch entsprach die tatsächliche Einrichtung nicht den Bildern, die meiste Deko war nicht vorhanden - lag vielleicht auch am Saison Ende. Auch wurde kein Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Gastgeber war freundlich & gab mir einige Tipps zu Naxos. Etwas abgelegen, hat zu Fuss ca 15-20 Minuten zum Hafen runter.

Ambiente muito bem decorado, fiel às fotografias. Atendimento muito prestativo e gentil, com drink de boas vindas, indicação de ótimos lugares para visitarmos. Limpeza e conforto. Qto à localização como estávamos de carro foi bem tranquilo nos locomovermos para o centro e também para as praias que são ótimas com agua cristalina. Retornaria e recomendo!
