The unit itself was very clean and well situated right on the main road in front of the beach. The check in information was not sent the night prior so I had to contact the host, he said it would be sent...I waited a couple of hours and had to call again. Directions to the check in location could have been clearer. The GPS stopped in the middle of an intersection with no visible street numbers but after asking at a nearby restaurant I was directed to the reception. She was pleasant enough. The parking is around the corner and although the videos of how to enter and exit were helpful, the reception woman had to walk me over to where it was as it is not visible from the building. The water was basically cold but I couldn't be bothered calling again. There were two tap like handles in the kitchen but no instructions as to whether can or should be adjusted on entry. The exit through the more street front door was helpful for loading luggage if you park on the street briefly, but you have to walk back around to the other reception door in order to leave the key. The local is great but since it is right on a main street it has potential to be loud at night. The second bedroom only had sheers facing the beach so did not provide privacy at night...or darkness . That would be a useful add on. This is a nice , clean unit but the host should check VRBO messaging and follow through on the timing of check in details with perhaps landmarks to help locate reception
