The 2 bedroom, living room, bathroom and large terrace apartment (60 sq.m.) is first in the Sheich Sou forest of Thessaloniki (5 meters away!) which is the city's lung. It is located in the beautiful area of Rhodochori in Sykia, few meters away from the historic castles (Eptapyrgio), two minutes from the entrance/exit for the regional road, and 5 minutes from the center of the metropolis and the International Fair (TIF). Parking is easy and it's free in public spaces, too.

The space
The 2 bedroom apartment-lounge-bathroom and terrace has been fully renovated and features:

A playpen (for infants/children up to 15 lbs) with all necessary linens and a special eco-allergic mattress is available upon request.
The 2 bedroom doors are able to be locked.
Fresh air and a large, cozy deck looking out into the woods are one more unrivaled feature, where enjoying a coffee or glass of wine on the sofa and bamboo chairs, or on the other 2 coffee tables, is enchanting.
By using a few steps, the independent - in relation to the building - offers direct access to the apartment without the mediation of shared, enclosed spaces, ensuring privacy and avoiding synchronization.
We have also further adjusted and further enhanced the measures to hygiene, clean and sanitize moveable and real estate items and surfaces of the apartment, according to the guidance of the World Health Organization and the EODY (National Public Health Organisation) following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning/disinfection protocol.

Four public hospitals in Thessaloniki are within walking distance of the apartment:
1. "PAPAGEORGIOU" HOSPITAL - Transition time: 5 minutes! Method of transition: Exit of the peripheral "Eptapyrgio" heading west.
2. AGIOS Dimitrios HOSPITAL - Transition time: 5 minutes! Way of transition: Through Eptapourgiou Street, heading towards the center with the castles of the city on the right.
3. HOSPITAL "GEORGIOS Gennimatas" - Transition time: 6 minutes! Way of transition: Through Eptapourgiou Street towards the center of the city at Agiou Dimitriou Street and turn to Ethnikis Amynis Street (opposite the AUTH campus).
4. AHEPA University HOSPITAL (COVID-19 Reference Hospital) Transition time: 7 minutes! Way of Transition: Through Eptapourgiou Street towards the center of the city on Agios Dimitriou Street towards the east and turn inside the University Campus of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
