They don’t keep staff on the company to assist with any issues and I was sleeping with ants all over me and getting into my stuff. Did ask if I can relocate and I don’t why I couldn’t get a simple switch and I had to wait for the next day and after 3pm to even speak to someone about the issues. Paid for protection and still didn’t get accommodation at all. Was force to stay with a friend I met there in that country and had to make it work out. Eventually I got moved then was told that I wasn’t cover for the days that I was there and needed to check out. Then was called back and said that I could stay I explained what happened then they apologized for everything. No accommodation or anything for the inconvenience at all. Now I know next time what to do. Expedia didn’t make it no better forced me to stay and couldn’t help me at all I been dealing with them for a long time now. Never ever got treated like this at all. I was told I would get a credit that couldn’t even help me right then. I am so upset about my stay I couldn’t wait to get back home.
