The property does not have a clear bold entrance poster in order to find it you have to check the positioning of another property across the road on the map.
-The front desk person was accepting with good attitude, but information that was not given on the app about a holding/ damage fee would be a plus so that persons can be aware.
-The breakfast when leaving could not be found whereas these information can be given by the front desk clerk.
Early checkout was not possible as there was no one at the entrance gate nor front desk at 7:30am.
Ambiance outside bathroom window was messy
The doors need a bit sound proof and fixing as if any activities of persons in other rooms was loud, whether knocking, fuss, intimacy etc are loud. Lock unstable on door, need safety measure inside to secure doors.
-Room need ventilation and air refreshener as there's a moldy smell.
-No TV common/other channels were accessible.
Overall I would give the property a 5/10 just for the bathroom as it's new with hot water.
