Just a few steps away is the Hocking-Adena Bikepath. Old Mans Cave is located about 25 minutes from the property. Ohio University is 10 minutes away. The Historic Public square in Nelsonville is 2 short blocks away. Bring the family and enjoy a weekend fishing from the backyard or canoeing at the local Canoe Livery. No smoking inside the home. No butts in the yard. Containers are provided outside If you smoke inside the house you will be charge a 100 per night fee
No parties. Rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. It doesn't have a garbage disposal attached and will clog and overflow in the floor.
