Minimalist with hidden costs

Apartment: very small for four people, with all the charm of a 1970's construction that has seen virtually no renovations. Windows don't seal, kitchen equipment is minimalist, do not expect a hair dryer. Cleanliness was borderline. Location: pretty close to some of the most interesting ski slopes in 4 Vallees, but most installations are old and have limited capacity, so wait times were quite long. Agency: service and communication were okay, but beware of rather high hidden costs for sheets and cleaning that appeared on the confirmation but were not advertised at the time of booking.

Das Appartement liegt sehr günstig für Skifahrer. Eine bessere Ausstattung der Küche, ein neuer Anstrich der Wände und ein paar neue Möbel würden der Wohnung jedoch gut tun.

Je loue chaque année et j’ai déjà eu plusieurs appartements toujours pour 4 personnes et donc toujours dans les mêmes tranches de prix. Certains sont au top et d’autres moins bien équipés. Celui-ci est très moyen. Pas grand chose dans les armoires style cinq cuillères à café par ex. Pas de lumière sous la hotte de cuisine ou en tout cas vers le coin fourneaux. On sent lorsque c’est brûlé car on ne voit pas!!# Un support à linge qui pend à la porte de la salle de bain que l’on ne peut donc pas fermé. Sinon il faut mettre son linge sur les toilettes. Un crochet de douche à la hauteur de la baignoire Donc trop bas et qui est très vétuste, il tient par habitude nous l’avons d’ailleurs revissé! Dommage!! Nous avons été très gâté l’année d’avant Dans le même bâtiment et là c’était un peu décevant. Je ne suis pas très difficile car ne passe pas beaucoup de temps dedans mais les supports à linge, une douche avec support normal à hauteur d’homme et qui est solide, suffisamment de couverts pour ne pas être obligé de laver les cuillères à café pour changer de pot de confitures me paraissent être des points de base qui pourraient être à la hauteur des prix demandés pour ces semaines de vacances. Je recommanderai donc pas cette appartement-ci mais d’autres oui.

Je ne peux que féliciter votre bureau de Nendaz pour sa réactivité lors de mon arrivée. En deux heures tout était dans l'ordre. Bel appartement pour deux personnes.

Nichts für drei oder mehr Personen im Winter

Positiv: Lage hervorragend, schöner Balkon, für zwei Personen annehmbar. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist lieblos, die Tischdecke zu klein, der Kaffeefilterhalter der Kaffeemaschine hängt, Messer sind teilweise verbogen, wir fanden Speisereste im Geschirr, die Couch war komplett verharrt (Tierhaare) WICHTIG! Die Stockbetten befinden sich im Flur, die Wohnung ist für mehr als zwei Skifahrer nicht zu empfehlen, da im Flur Lageratmosphäre herrscht und es wenig Platz zum Trocknen der Skikleidung gibt.
