A lovely apartment found in the Parador- Burriana area of Nerja, and just a 10-minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and Burriana Beach in the Urbanisation Nueva Nerja, which has 2 communal swimming pools. The property is located on the first floor (without lift) and is light and spacious with lovely views and a beautiful south-west terrace area all on the same floor

It has 2 large double bedrooms; both with 2 joined singled beds and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is also another family shower room.

The large kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a utility room where the washing machine is found.

The living room is bright and spacious and leads onto the beautiful South -West facing terrace. It is equipped with a bed settee and a dining table and chairs for seating 6 guests, as well as with the TV that receives both National and International channels. In addition, there is a small South Facing Balcony also off the lounge.

The large terrace has a built in Barbeque, outdoor shower, a dining table and chairs as well as a pair of sun loungers. There is a pergola above the dining area that offers shade and additionaly the terace has an uncovered part destined for sunlounging.

The property has free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning throughout. It is in a very good location and is a very comfortable apartment, ideal for enjoying a really good holiday.
