AP401 ALMIJARA
Situated in the popular and well maintained complex edificio Almijara. The community offers a large swimming pool , garden areas and tennis court.
The complex is close to all the town’s amenities, there is a local supermarket nearby, health centre and pharmacy, shops and public transport links are all nearby also making it easy to get in and out of the town centre.
The apartment is on the 6th floor (with lift), one inside the apartment comprises of the following:
Upon entering, past the hallway is an independent fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, both American and Italian type coffee machines, electric kettle and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. Here is also where the washing machine is located.
Past the kitchen you arrive in an open plan living – dining room. The dining area has a table and chairs that seat up to four people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, an additional armchair, coffee table, TV with Spanish and International channels and WiFi internet.
From the living room there is direct access via sliding patio doors to the south-facing terrace with sun all day and incredible sea views, equipped with a small table and four chairs, ideal for outside dining or enjoying the sunshine.
There are two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and AC. The smaller bedroom is fitted with two single beds, the master bedroom has one king sized bed and direct access to an enclosed terrace that offers beautiful views of Nerja and the sea.
Both bedrooms share one good-sized bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower.
This is an excellent apartment for its tranquil location, comfort, amazing facilities and sun all day.
