The open-plan ground floor features a cosy living area with log burner and oak beams, an elegant dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with Caithness slate worktops. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the family bathroom includes a large shower and classic roll-top bath.

Outside, enjoy a landscaped garden with panoramic views of the Cairngorms and Dorback Burn, plus two outdoor seating areas.
