Stunning property with great service

You can’t beat the scenic location! fantastic views (especially for morning balloons), just a few minutes to dozens of restaurants, one of a kind rooms with multiple terraces. And the service! the staff provide great suggestions for activities, make bookings, even got us a last minute balloon flight. Special shoutout to Softic in the breakfast room, who made me the most delicious Turkish Bruscetta. The breakfast (included) is overall excellent-the menimem was one of the best things I ate in two weeks of really good food.

The staff was extremely helpful for the duration of my stay. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport and suggested places to eat. I was only there for 3 days and everyone was very sweet! I would definitely stay here again. The room I stayed in had a nice view and I could see the hot air balloons from my room!

Enchanting

Cappadocia Caves Suites was enchanting. Everything about the place was managed well. Staff were uber helpful and attentive, the communal areas were like fairy tale stuff and the suite that I stayed in, hewn from the stone, was first class 4star treatment. For a once in a lifetime experience it was perfect.

It is at very desirable location but facilities is underwhelming at this price. I am living in Silicon valley thus I am used to high price. This hotel is not cheap at my standard but definitely overpriced. Let me go through the list. No gym, no amenities like pool, missing many benefits you could expect fro other hotels. It is likely most of hotels in Goereme are like this since it is in the middle of caves. I guess Cappadocia area is overpriced and low quality. You may pay high price if you want to experience unique nature in Cappadocia
