I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, including shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nicely located property, with real cave rooms. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and was served with a lot of warmth. We got a lot of help from Noorie, the owner of the hotel, and his team. Was a great stay and we could also do the hot air balloon ride courtesy the hotel's help.

We stayed at the Gala Cave Hotel in Cappadocia for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. We had booked our tours in advance, and when our hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to weather, the hotel quickly helped us rebook without any hassle. They also assisted in arranging additional tours and organized our airport transfers, which made everything seamless. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the lady who prepared the food was especially kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Best part of staying was that this hotel was family owned and they're best people. My son was sick and Nuri took us to the pharmacy and helped us in getting medicine also he cut watermelons for my son late night. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like they're staying in house. We felt safe in this hotel.

We had an excellent experience with this hotel’s hospitality. They nicely accommodated our pick up at the bus station. The breakfast was local Turkish dishes with delicious varieties. Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. We watched ballons lifting at sunrise, had a balloon flew over meters above. 酒店的天台面向热气球起飞点，是极好的日出和热气球观景台。 The on-site travel agent is a big plus, who organised all our transports and tours. All hotel staff were very friendly. The Turkish breakfast was also fantastic. We would recommend Gala Cave to all our friends.

Gayet otantik döşenmiş odaları ve hamam içeren banyolarına ek oldukça rahat yatakları bizlere keyifli bir dinlenme imkanı sundu. Kapadokyada bir sonraki seferlerimizde kesinlikle bir kaç şans daha vereceğimiz bir otel. Hiçbir maddi kaygıları olmadan bizlere gelir gelmez bölgede yapabileceğimiz aktiviteleri özetlemeleri de cabası. Hotel sahibi Nuri beyden, muhteşem kahvaltıların mimarı Nurcan hanıma kadar her adımda huzurunuzu katlayacak birçok detay bulacağınızdan şüpheniz olmasın. Görmenin merkezinde olması da cabası.

ホテルの部屋はカッパドキア特有の部屋を期待していたが、思ったほどの特別感はなかったことと、トイレの便座が壊れかけていたので、星は4とした。 しかし、朝食がとても美味しかったことに加えて、朝食会場の方が、素敵な笑顔とともに、もてなしてくれる気持ちが伝わってきて朝からとても幸せを感じた。 雪が降ってしまい、バルーンが見られなかったのは残念だったが、その代わりに参加したツアーはガイド兼ホテルスタッフの方の対応はとても親切だったし、他の家族と我々がうまく馴染めるようにとても上手に対応してくれていて、楽しい時間を過ごせた。

Eğer otelin kapısından çıkar çıkmaz otantik ve büyüleyici bir atmosferle karşılaşmak istiyorsanız, daha farkli bir otel tercih edilebilir. Kapadokya’nın girişinde yer alan, araç otoparkı bulunan bir otel. −4 derece havada oda maalesef yeterince ısınmıyordu. Yerden ısıtma ve klima birlikte yetersiz kaldı. Üzerine bir de oldukça kucuk bir yorgan eklenince hiç ısınamadık. En güzel yanı ise çalışanlarıydı: son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Zaten genel olarak Kapadokya ve Ürgüp bu açıdan çok güzel insanlarla dolu. Son olarak, ilk kez yatak başucunda priz olmayan ve odada yalnızca banyoda priz bulunan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
