It was a great place but it needs some very small things to be almost perfect! 1. The shower holder needs to be changed. 2. The bathroom exhaust doesn’t seem to work.(no window) 3. The had sink is loose on the vanity table. 4. The outside door doesn’t close properly and doesn’t lock properly. All those are small things but may a big role in the impression your clients leave with. Remember, you can do 100 good things for your customers but they only remember that one not so good thing. Just some hospitality advise from a world traveler!!!

The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Our Fairy Chimney room was spectacular, breakfast very good. Numerous terraces to see the balloons go over the town. We booked our transfers, Balloon Flight (Turquaz Balloons), Red and Green small group tour plus Sunset Horse Ride through the hotel tours, all were amazing and fantastic value. The Hotel Spa is wonderful, excellent value and the best massage we have ever had. I can definitely recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all. Kelebek Hotel and Tours made this a very memorable, unforgettable and magical trip.

This is my first time in Cappadocia, and I absolutely wanted to stay at a cave hotel. Kelebek is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete.

Staff had amazing service and professionalism. They helped arrange any tours over whatsapp and were highly responsive with all requests. I really appreciated their hospitality. We had the most amazing three nights at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Such a wonderful setting, with many terraces and areas to enjoy. One of the best terraces in the town. Breakfast was locally sourced and wonderful. The setting was just perfect and lovely coffee. We really liked the fact complimentary filter coffee and tea was offered throughout the day in the restaurant area (as well as having sachets in your room) . The shower items provided smelled lovely too. We stayed in just the standard room, so it was understandably on the smaller side, so the only constructive comment I can make is that there was not really anywhere to hang your clothes. Particularly if you have a long dress. So I would say if you’re going longer than 3 nights or having space to hang clothes and just general space in the room is very important to you, then I would upgrade. The road outside the hotel is a typical windy narrow street, so if you have a hire car I would recommend parking down the hill, like we did. There’s plenty of free spaces with proper bays and only a few minute walk up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat Overall cannot be faulted.

The property is well maintained, but our bathroom does have a weird smell. The property has amazing view of the hot air balloon in the morning. However, it is up a big hill, therefore, you will need to walk up 2 hills to get back from the main town.

The property has unique, beautiful views. The cave room was fantastic as were all the sitting areas. Breakfast was really good and the staff bend over backwards to help. Same with dinner. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and we had friendly safe drivers. They also arranged the red and green tour for us. Toros was an excellent guide. He was passionate and knowledgeable. There were a few great surprises that weren’t on the itinerary.

Fantastic room - highly recommend dairy chimney room #26 if available. So unique to the area. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with many vegan and gluten free options. Would stay here again if lucky enough to revisit Cappadocia.

Beautiful area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Unfortunately, we should have a TV in our room but our room was without. Also our room was on the ground floor located underneath the restaurant which was very busy and everyone was passing by next to our window. We felt like there is no privacy. Other than that can not complain.
