Perfect location, quiet waterfront yet only 10 mins from historic New Bern. Cottage was open plan, easy living. Decor was new, stylish coastal and the property was fully stocked and immaculate. Blake was a great communicator and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The property was great! The house was beautiful and extremely clean.The check in was easy. It was very close to downtown New Bern. We especially enjoyed the sunsets. We used the screened in porch everyday. The kitchen was well stocked and contained everything that we needed. We liked everything about this house and would certainly recommend it.

OMG, I don't know where to begin. From the intital booking , through check in the experience was incredible. The home is exactly as advertised. Clean,modern, well appointed with very tasteful decore that was obviously well thought out. The kitchen is beautiful with nice top of the line appliances, not builder grade ! The location was perfect, just 10 mins from downtown New Bern. I will say, there was an odd " swaying " of the home. That didn't detract from the enjoyable stay. I will, without a doubt recommend to family and friends.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our youngest son graduated from ECU and we were looking for a place to hang out and spend some time together, as a family. This place was perfect for us. The fact that it is on the water, with beautiful views, while being close to town too is the best of both worlds.

Relaxing Stay in Bridgeton

Our favorite thing about this property was being on the water. We sat down at the dock and watched the sunset every evening. The house is lovely and it is a short drive to New Bern.

Wonderful waterfront home!

We loved this beautiful waterfront home! The layout and decor are even better in person and we spent a lot of time on the screened porch and upper deck watching the gorgeous sunsets. House was spotless and very well stocked. We’ll be back!

Great View of the Neuse!

This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. There wasn't a TV in the Master so there wasn't anywhere comfy to just chill and watch TV. The most bizarre comment is the house has a rock to it. We felt it the most in the main level master and bathroom. It was a little unnerving and what I would imagine maybe what it feels like being on a cruise ship. My daughter could feel this upstairs in the queen bedroom as well. Overall it's a great house with a few quirks. The town was small and quaint everyone was friendly. Also the welcome gift was a super sweet touch that was some of the best sourdough I've had!

Wonderful home on the river

We had a really nice time in this home. It’s super clean and has everything you would ever need. Beds are comfortable and the dock on the river was our favorite spot to have a coffee in the morning. Thank you for sharing with us!

Serene and Peaceful

What a great place to stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the back porch that overlooks the river. The location is quiet and peaceful. House is very clean. One thing to note however, the address of the house in your GPS should be selected as Bridgeton not New Bern.
