Great staff and accommodations

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Del Rio in Gruene, TX this past weekend! Even with a packed house, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and right at home. His hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Hacienda Del Rio to anyone visiting the area!

We love it!!

Everything about this place is amazing!!! We love the welcome drinks, the beautiful pool & pool area. The rooms are so cute!!! Maybe invest in the bigger pump style shampoo,conditioner and body wash the ones that hang on those racks.

Eh....

Chck in...Room not ready at 3 and we had to wait 30 mins for to check-in. Very limited parking and the space was very small near our building. Opened door and there was a musty smell inside the room. The rooms look as if the older roadside motel had been remodeled but not very well(painted and stained concretefloor). Bed was comfortable. Water did not get very hot but it was ok. The room had very good blackout curtain, that would have been great except the curtain on the door did not keep any of the light from the outdoor lights out of the room. So tried to sleep in lit up room. The grounds were nice and someone did do a good job with the outdoor areas. There is a bar in the reception building. The pool looks nice andthere is also a pool table inside. There is no breakfast area but you can spend a lot of money for pastries, fruit cups, and individual cereal cup($5 for that). The room was over $300 for a king bed and riverview room. This used to be a budget motel with river access. Over all I am not happy with this trip.

Could not sleep because the highway was too loud, A/C couldn’t cool down the room. The Place on the river is not affiliated with the hotel so make sure and check their hours with them not the hotel. Late check out is $50. Make sure to get a room upgrade so you aren’t directly on the highway. For $200 I was expecting way better.

Hotel has everything River access, tubes and paddle board, volleyball, fire pits, pickleball/tennis. Clubhouse with bar and games. Enjoyable stay close to everything. Rooms are older and dated but it’s River front.

Great location….minutes from Gruene or downtown New Braunfels. Pool and river area were great. Enjoyed the chairs by the river. Room was cute and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The property was so convenient to NB and Gruene! We had a great time in the clubhouse, playing shuffle board and having delicious drinks! The property is beautiful with a ton to do! I would suggest bringing your own bottled water, however. None is provided in the rooms, and the clubhouse has limited hours. We would definitely stay here again!
