We paid away above what the room was worth. It was called a split bathroom and so small almost impossible to close the door.. The furniture..1 chair was old and material shaggy and torn. We were committed to stay as they were booked solid and paid ahead..a major mistake! The photos I feel. We’re misleading and I am very upset with Expedia for what I feel was misleading photos of this property! The staff I will say was very good

This place needs a facelift. Carpet stained, decorations outdated. Parking lot was about empty. The refrigerator in our room was dirty. While the breakfast staff hustled to keep everything tidy, the breakfast was blah: rubber eggs, slimy bacon and squishy hashbrowns.

Nice value priced hotel. Hot breakfast was good and staff friendly and accomodating. There is the odd spot that could use some repair or updating but the core components of the hotel were fine. Truro is a good central location for visiting the Maritimes.

Perfect location when in Truro. A decent number of dining options within walking distance. Close to highway and gas. Very friendly staff, clean and good sized room, comfortable bed, good size tv. Hot breakfast included. If I was being picky, hotel could use an update and the bathroom lighting isn’t great. I didn’t like that housekeeping closed the doors while cleaning the rooms but would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
