The staff was excellent, very kind and went above and beyond. The staff working on Thursday and Friday a couple of days ago, one man lent me his personal charger, one gave me a toothbrush and a plastic bag for my dirty clothes, and another lady gave me toothpaste. The breakfast was incredible. Very tasty, extremely delicious, props to the cook! The had fruits, juices, bread, eggs, sausages, and more!! Reminded me of the food from Best Western, which is one of my favorites! Rooms were clean, and the price was affordable!

The staff was very helpful when we were given a room with the incorrect number of beds and gave us another room quickly. The room and hotel need to be redone. The clock and fridge in the room made strange noises. The door to the balcony didn’t lock properly. The bathtub had weird stains and the toilet seat was very loose and the water pressure was not good. The hallways smelled like weed. The vending machines were out of stock.

Room had several issues, phone not working, security lock was broke, had to sleep one night with door barricade, shower knob was broken, hot was cold was hot, found 3 roaches in the room. Television signal was off, had to get staff to reset twice. Hallway smelled of constant marijuana.

Breakfast was repulsive. Food was overcooked and tasteless. It gave me stomach issues. Also, the TV did not work. We could've use the remote or the buttons to change the channels and the picture was distorted. In addition to that, the bed was HORRIBLE. My husband and I did not sleep well at all. We could feel the springs in the mattress and when we were sitting or laying on the bed, we sunk right in while it creaked and squeaked. I was only in town for one night as I had a conference to attend at Quinnipiac University. But I felt as though the hotel gave me that room knowing I would only be there for that one night, so I didn't matter to them.

There was a mix up and the two queen beds I requested ended up being a king bed. Not ideal for 3 adults. The check in person found us a room with appropriate beds. Excellent customer service!!

Staff was fine, but rooms are in dire need of upgrading. Bathroom door looked like someone punched it in; hairdryer was chained to the wall with rusty chain; baseboard, floors, carpet, ottoman, and shower were all stained. Toilet barely flushed (took 3+ tries). Vending machine stole my $5 bill. Did not have breakfast or use other amenities.
