I was charged for parking - never told that there was a fee. Went to the bar, no one was around. Went to get coffee early in the morning, none was available. Questionable characters following people into the hotel. Your staff should not be out smoking pot directly in front of an entrance. The receptionist - I wish I remembered her name was super sweet but was ignored by management when she was alone with a line.
