Decent stay

We were put up in handicap accessible, which was fine to have the large space. Room was clean and everything in good working order. Bar/restaurant was subpar. They were out of many liquor and beer choices as well as many of the menu items. Overpriced food. We got a flatbread pizza for $15 that was so small!

Late night check in. Front desk “Al” was polite and helpful. Only issue I had that we had to change rooms as we initially received a room right next to the elevator. “Al” moved us no questions asked. Unfortunately the new room assigned was used for a “Cheech and Chong” scene ‘cause the weed be strong in that room. We went back to the first room assigned. Front desk was patient and professional. Thanks.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the check-in was at three. We arrived at 6:30 and one of our rooms was not ready.

There was an issue with the booking of my rooms when I arrived to check in, but Darden was fantastic! He resolved my issue promptly and to my utmost satisfaction. Esna was also really great before and after I checked in. They made the stay excellent!!!
