Hotel was clean, staff was generally friendly and helpful. My room, however, was adjacent to a club – I might have well been in the club. It did not close until late, which made sleeping before 1 AM nearly impossible. The television in my room was also broken.

Hotel was suitable for my needs. No restaurant on site but they have a nice sundries area with many options. Staff was competent and friendly. The area is walkable and very near the Yale old campus. I was disappointed that I was not offered either of the VIP amenities as that was part of the reason I selected the hotel.

Stephanie at the desk was so helpful and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. We appreciated the proximity to Yale within a 15-minute walk. So grateful for the laundry room! It was clean, secure, and directions easy to follow. This is our 4th stop on our Ivy League tour and the best accommodations so far.

Best hotel in New Haven

We had 2 different Stephanie’s and both of these ladies were amazing. Great staff vibes and so so helpful. This is my go to hotel in New Haven and I have been going there for around 10 years every time I travel to NH from Australia.

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable beds. No breakfast or morning coffee. Parking for extra fee across street in garage. Felt a little sketchy at night. Woman at front desk was very rude to our young adult but when I went in she changed her tune and tried to explain why she was so rude even though I didn’t even bring it up.

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and reached out promptly to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to accommodate my request, despite the situation and lack of service provided. I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer care—especially given that I never even stepped foot on the property. I won’t be booking here again.

Nice hotel. Didn’t stay long, but the king suite with pullout is spacious and comfortable. Especially with dogs. Garage is attached through a walkway across the street.
