The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and avoiding unknowns.
