My family loved it, especially the grandkids with the heated pool and outdoor cooking grill, the unit was way more than I expected it to be especially the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area like I said we had a down home family Christmas, thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us
15 of us stayed - mostly young adults and adults. There was plenty of space, and looks nice on the inside. My only concern was the amount of homelessness in the area, which can be expected in areas near downtown.
This was a great apartment with lots of well apportioned rooms and a really nice open plan kitchen and living room which was so inviting after a long trip to get there.
There were plenty of food and drink options within walking distance and it was only a short cab ride into the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend
Very nice property in good location. Small issue where the description did not match property. Property manager was super responsive, changed the description and credited us within an hour of me bringing it to their attention. Would absolutely stay again.
Well appointed with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms
The property itself was great. We werenât aware it was a shared house. I thought from the listing it was a shared courtyard. We also were not aware it was a third floor walk up and that the property was directly under the overpass. A lot of homeless people, a downed power line and swarming bugs from unpicked up trash greeted us at the door. The internet did not work for the first day and no tv the second night when we actually tried to watch it. The power went out right before a brunch at the property but was then restored. The only other thing was the squeaking doors which was disturbing for people who were still sleeping and very expired coffee creamer which I used and drank before I realized it. Good coffee. The third floor could have been an issue for my parents and aunt/uncle or small children. It was a long way up but the apartment itself was quiet.
