The stay was good. The pool needed to be cleaned and it wasn’t. So I was unable to use it. But overall service was good. Bar staff were amazing. Will stay again.

Room was nice, larger than expected. Be aware that only 1 of the 3 elevators actually work and apparently have not worked for at least 6 months! Very inconvenient at all times. There was an issue with the air conditioner in the gym. Large blower fans that were noisy. Ice maker on 16th floor did not work and getting on elevator to go to another floor wasn’t worth the hassle with only 1 elevator. Every employee went above were friendly. They have no control over what doesn’t work correctly.
