Wonderfully nice woman greeted us at the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was sooo nice to my family and myself. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. We stayed on Halloween 2025.

As soon as one enters the lobby, a strong scent of mildew and smoke overtakes you. The room had the same smell. The room as well as the lobby are clean looking, but the smell overtakes the visual. AJ at the front counter was great but that wasn't enough to keep us from staying.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested. The staff was friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! And the blackout shade on the window allowed us to sleep in! I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
