Upon early arrival the lady who worked at the counter was friendly and helpful which gave a me a great impression. The room looks nice but the table, corner by the bed and the bathroom floor looked like it was not clean. There were debris and the shower glass had lots of water marks. The room also had an odor. The pool needs to be clean and the stairs are old. The elevator also made a lot of noise but was fast. The breakfast was great and the people setting up the food were friendly. On 2/24/24 at 5 am, all the coffee were empty and the lady who worked at the front desk was falling asleep sitting at the front counter.

1. The shower faucet handle was just sitting on the valve. The first night we struggled to get the water cool enough, and warm enough. I showed the housekeeping lady she said oh wow it came all the way off. She said she would tell housekeeping. That night when we got back to the room the handle was sitting in the valve just like when we got in the room. So when we left for the day, I took the handle down to the front desk. A lady named Tracy said”I love it” and gave it to a guy. The next night it was fixed. 2. The toilet seat was loose, if I had been drunk, I could have easily fallen off the seat and hit my head on the tub. 3. The tub was dirty, I used a hand towel to step on in the tub. 4. When the shower was on it leaked from the shower head onto the floor. We used a lot of towels to soak up the water. 5. The air conditioner did not work after the first night. I can’t say the staff was not friendly, They were. The breakfast was the best thing, and the courtyard was nice. Our room was terrible. 6. They charged me 120 dollars on my card. I guess it was for the bad review.other than that, I have no idea what they charged me 120 dollars for the bathroom was jacked when we hot there. So it must be because I gave them a bad review but do you blame me? I will not stay in another Best Western. They do not care about bad reviews, they just charge your incidentals card. good thing the room did not have small children. They would have gotten scalded by the hot water in the tub.

The staff was great! Main lobby and breakfast were great. Location was good. The courtyard was nice. Our room was outdated, worn, dark, musty, and not very clean.
