I thought are were staying at the ceasars but they put us in the harrah tower which I guess they now own . The room was nice just had some mold in the shower which was gross and the bed skirt was ripped and looked really old , the first day they cleaned the room second day they didn’t so we called for new towels they never showed up over all the casino area food in the casino was great , location was nice we walked to everything just wish the room was a little more updated and clean

When checking in, my parents and sibling checked in first and when requested that their rooms be on the same floor, the receptionist claims that it was not available due to limited rooms left for that day. But then when I checked in, I was given a room on the same floor as my parents. For the receptionist to make that false statement due to pure laziness to check. On top of that, I was given a double queen when I booked a single king was another disappointment. When trying to make the correction, I was transferred several times due to confusion of staying at the new ceasar or at the old Harrah. And placed on hold forever. And the fact that I wanted to stay at the new Ceasar hotel was also confusing.

I stayed at Caesars on 09/05/2025 for 1 night. Property and all employees were exceptional however I received a confirmation email that instructed me to 228 Poydres st to check in which I did and valet parked however after valet parking and in the process of checking in , I was told I needed to go across the street to check in and receive free valet as I am a rewards member. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable walking across the street with luggage in tow. I was charged $65 up charge to stay where the confirmation email directed me to check in. I also charged $55 for 1 night to valet my vehicle to valet . So please call to verify where to check in regardless of confirmation email instructions. Renee Phillips

Rooms were not clean. I had to ask multiple times to get house keeping to come reclean the rooms. Then they offered me a $100 credit but didnt say when it would expire. I went to use it right after i checked out prior to leaving and since i “ checked out” i couldnt use it and they did not even offer to make up for it. Horrible experience. Wont be staying here for 350$+ per night ever again. Go to the sheraton or other hotels for more reasonable rates and cleaner rooms

Have never been so disappointed in the hotel. The check in time was 4 pm and we did not even get the message until 530 pm that our rooms were finally cleaned. The carpets were filthy the sofas you couldn't even sit on for all of the stains and they were disgusting. The showers looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in weeks. the ceiling was falling down in the entrance to the room. Needless to say I will not be staying especially for the cost of 1255.00 plus resort fees at any of your establishments. The cost would not have been a problem if it was a suitable room. Hell it was as bad as motel 6. Very disappointed Most of the Personal were some what friendly depending on the person you were dealing with. Most were fine.
