The property does not look like that pictures. The walls are blank, there are no puctures / at hanging anywhere. The nails are there but the walls are blank. The beds were great and the bathrooms were spacious. The carpet is filthy in the bedrooms, especially in the doorways.
The only thing we had trouble with is the parking. No one told us about the parking or where to park, or how to go about it so we were wondering around 30 mins trying to figure it out. there were alot of guest having the same issue and there should also be a warning about parking and the price because for one weekend the parking was $90 and there arent any other options but to pay there. But the stay was great.
Several issues with this property that we didnât not feel best represented the value of the property for what we paid.
- The floor was sticky and not cleaned when we arrived
- We had to call maintenance because a chair was missing a leg.
- We had to call maintenance for lights being out
- We had to call maintenance for a window shade that was broken
- And there was a shooting outside the building
Overall not worth the stay for what we paid. Very disappointed
Location was exactly what is posted on the sight. My family stayed there for a few days before our cruise to explore the NOLA experience, and this location was close to all the attractions.
This property was great for a guys weekend and a convenient location for accessing the French Quarter and other downtown New Orleans amenities. The property was clean and easily accessible.
The propoerty was in good shape and clean. We had one problem with the ground lot for parking across the street. Our car's window was smashed and the car broken into.
There was water leakage from the living room ceiling throughout our stay. We raised a complaint as soon as we checked in and nothing was done to address the issue for two days despite escalating multiple times. Someone reached out to us on the last day and simply asked to keep a towel on the floor to absorb the dripping water, instead of fixing it.
Also, there was no hot water at all on our last day. Will not come back.
We had 9 people from three different states stay for a wedding. The cost was cheaper per person than the hotels near by. It was also nice cause we did Walmart grocery delivery and made like 3 different meals in the kitchen plus breakfast to save money.
Would stay here again if we had a big group.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few snafoos upon arrival. We had a very difficult time parking and find the condo. The building doesnât have any marking that are large. Part of the road was closed due to the building that had collapsed locally so we understand a few of the issues. There was a roof leak upon arrival but we received towels quickly to clean up the spot. We would re-visit this condo. Ow that we know the area better.
The apartment was great and in the perfect location for the things we wanted to see. I wish we had been warned about the parking, or lack there of, we ended up parking across the street and paying $20 a day. We were close enough to bourbon street to walk, there was some cool shopping and things to see around us. Very close to the trolly we would buy a $6 all day pass good for that or the bus all day. The apartments are clean and safe we would stay there again if we make it back. I would say for groceries if you see a wal mart or Kroger before you get to New Orleans I would stop there, we had trouble finding a nearby grocery store.
The apartment is incredibly nice and well located. I had not stayed in that area of New Orleans before. I was there for a conference, and it could not have been a better location. There's a very nice grocery store nearby, and incredible restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is very clean and well-appointed. The owners really have thought of everything that you would need. Overall, such a fun place to stay - we'll definitely check it out again next time we go!
