The check in desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We went to this hotel expecting family friendly atmosphere. It was not. The stay had nothing to do. No pool access, no entertainment, locked doors to balcony the whole time.

The hotel says it has a bar, pool, restaurant. It does have a very small bar only open 4-7pm. Does have a Pool, but we couldn't use it was for residents only. No restaurant available to hotel guests. The tower part of this is senior citizens condos. Location was very good for us.

Great stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have always been pleased. The staff bends backwards to make my stays so pleasant. Max at the front desk was so helpful and informative during our stay. Sabrina and Shyne in the breakfast room pleasantly greets everyone and makes sure that the offerings are available and supplied. I’ll be back next year.

The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t enough parking near the front door but other than that the place was clean quiet near all the food places and most of all the bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms get sooooo cold, the way I love it!!
