The area the hotel is in isn’t the best… lots of closed stores and not really anything in walking distance. However, the hotel it self is very nice. You can tell they are paying attention and willing to help. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Within easy driving distance of the main part of New Orleans.

Good stay, although a bit over priced for the comdition of the hotel. Common areas were ok, but the rooms were outdated and needed work, such as peeling walpaper, dripping faucet and a/c. Also no ventilation in the bathroom made it a dutch oven when showering. The breakfast hostess Shantan was amazing. She was helpful my entire stay. The rest of the staff were pleasant as well.

The room was not clean throughout. There were no carpet in the room, which was a first floor, and the flooring was sticky. Although, the room was spacious, but smelled like musk. The bathroom is outdated, the floors were dirty, sticky, and patch work from previous damages is visible. The breakfast was the worst. The waffle machine was broken, the meat and eggs was horrible. Not everyone eat dairy and the eggs were folded with cheese inside. The noise from upstairs was nonstop. I will never stay here again, and the money I paid for these nights should be refund. However, the only great thing about this stay was the friendly staff.
