Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue. The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. All together, we really liked this house and I would recommend staying here for larger groups. Will definitely keep it in mind for when we return to New Orleans!
Sadat Spencer has a great home near the garden district for your New Orleans vacation.
The house was spacious enough for our 9 party group. Everyone had their own space/room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The outside gate is a nice piece of added security since the neighborhood is still up and coming. The pool was a bit cool for November but added a nice resort feel to our stay. The roof top terrace was the best and got the most use for lounging in the sun.
You just have to be ready to get your steps in since there are 4 stories to this property. We found it fun to add it to our walks to the French Quarter. Sadat was great with communication and was easy to get a hold of for inquiries We would stay there again 100%.
Our stay here was great! we were in town for a concert and it was like a 5 minute drive to the super dome. Very clean, and so much space. Super great for a group or a large family. The pool and roof top was great for hanging out.
Great property today at. Location is convenient to a lot of attractions around the city. Some appliances didnât work during the stay, otherwise great place!
Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. Thereâs a trolly 3 blocks away but donât count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness. Overall, everything was really great. The rooftop deck was all of our favorite part.
Great location,Great property close to trolley line
The property is great place for a group,we had 3 couples staying and we each had our own apartment space which was great..contacted the host the day before and asked could i check in earlier than the checkin time which he allowed us to come in 2hrs early which was a tremendous help.we enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning soon
Robbed on the night prior to check out. Sorry to say but this property is in an unsafe neighborhood and the property is not properly secured. The outer gate which provides in and out access from street to the units is broken and unsecured. Owners provided a gate âcodeâ for this lock but unnecessary due to the fact that itâs inoperable. On the last night of our stay we were robbed. We feel lucky that no one was hurt but the intruder got in while we were asleep and brazenly helped himself to our personal belongings. I wouldnât be surprised if this has happened before given the lack of security.
Iâve lived in New Orleans, I visit at minimum bi-annually so I know the drill (I also live in NYC). So needless to say we are savvy about being safe in Nola. The owners have not been respectful, sympathetic or responsive to what could have been a much more dangerous scenario. Cannot recommend on any level.
The property was awesome very clean! I hosted my brotherâs bachelor party here and everything about it was great. We had a great time! The location is great not far at all from Bourbon Street.
Only thing Iâd recommend is to get the outside TV checked out. We couldnât get it working. Other then that I highly recommend this location!
We had a family of 11 adults (3 married couples) stay at the location. We loved the closeness of public transportation to travel around NOLA. We really enjoyed the house and would book it again!! It was very photogenic & the rooftop was our favorite part of the home! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms.... gorgeous... just watch the puddles of water that accumulate on the floors when showering. The house was missing some essentials (can opener, mixing bowls, spatulas, cooking trays) to make our cooking experiences successful, so we did end up eating more meals away from the home for this reason. Online listing shows access to a bungalow area outside which we had planned to use but it was not even a part of the property. Bottom floor has 1 Bedroom (Queen) and a sleep sofa in the living space, Second floor is a master bedroom (Q) w/a private bathroom, 3rd floor has 2 bed rooms, one with a Queen and two beds in the other and a sleep sofa in the shared living space. The top floor has a beautiful rooftop, bathroom and an open space with no furniture which definitely could be utilized for extra sleeping space with an air- mattress. Because the home seems to be run by a company and not an individual host, communication with the host was a little bit slower than my normal rental experiences and the information packet we received from the company before arrival wasn't 100% clear for check-in & check-out. Overall 4 star experience! If kitchen was fully stocked and checkin/out was smoother that would have made it a 5 stars.
We were on a bachelor/ Bachelorette trip combo. This house gave all people who stayed there own privacy but balcony was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Second floor shower was very odd, in regards to the design. The shower put water on the floor that concerned me but other than that it was great!
Owners were super friendly and easy to contact. We were in town for a concert and were literally within minutes of all the activities we wanted to do. Parking was convenient, clean, and safe. Beds and linens very comfortable! They thought of everything! We could easily gather in common areas to hang out or go to separate areas to sleep or get dressed! We hope to stay again when we return next year! Area is up and coming so there was some construction but also local restaurants were close and delicious. đ
We had a large group and rented the Equator and Eclipse. I stayed in the Eclipse. It was perfect for 3 couples/families. Each of us had our own floor- 1st floor couple bed/bath/den/fridge. 2nd floor couple- bed/bath/kitchen/den and 3rd floor family- 2bedrooms/shared bath/den. 4th floor is Rooftop which was nice area. Extremely clean. Kitchen has minimum needs. Units are gated from street and then enter unit. The Equator was bigger with larger kitchen and additional bedroom. I was concerned about the area but we felt safe. Not a walkable area but we Uberâd to the Quarter and Garden district. Street parking was not an issue.
