Cons: The street was kinda sketchy - definitely not a place you want to be outside after dark; during the daytime it's pretty average for a big city. Despite technically being in walking distance of some restaurants, taking the car felt much safer. Road and pedestrian noise can be somewhat loud at times, and something under or beside the unit (plumbing maybe?) kept creaking randomly; I sleep with a white noise machine anyway which drowned out all those noises sufficiently but without that I wouldn't have been able to sleep.
Pros: It met all my needs, really. It was affordable, dog friendly, very clean, felt surprisingly spacious for so little square footage, the water got real hot real fast, window A/C worked well (don't use it for heat though, use the space heater instead), wifi speed was good, bed was pretty comfortable, dishes and toiletries were provided, and checking in and out was painless.
