Overall I enjoyed the hotel, was just a bit too noisy until 3 am. I would stay there again if it was an adult vacation but I would not suggest this location if it's a family vacation. The rooms were nice and had adequate air and was roomy enough where you didn't feel like you were stuck in a closest. The hotel bar and the cafe were nice to have for an easy breakfast and a quick late night drink. The staff are nice and the valet service is a MUST for staying there, public parking is blocks away but with the valet it made it easy. Parking is included with your stay and cost varies depending on length of stay. It cost me $100 for 3 days which seems high but for the convenience of not having to park or look for parking it made it worth the extra money. The only downside to the hotel is that if you book a room overlooking Bourbon St beware that that "party" goes on outside till late at night, so if you're looking for a restful, quiet night, I would suggest booking a room facing the courtyard or Toulouse St. However, the hotel does supply complementary ear plugs for those who need them.

Allen the door man and valet was extremely friendly and helpful as was all the staff. We arrived at 9:30 AM and they got us a room withing a couple hours even though check in wasn't until the afternoon.

Very central - everything within walking distance. Restaurant staff were lovely. Reception staff could have been better! Great room. Outdoor pool a bonus though could do with more sunbeds. No food service on Tuesday and Wednesday was disappointing. Overall good satay - would stay there again

I had a family medical emergency and could not make my trip. I called to cancel my booking and I was told I couldn’t get a refund or credit for a future stay. I under there’s policies like not refundable purchases but in certain situations they can make it right and work with the customer. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year but I will no longer be booking at this hotel. for future stays in New Orleans.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the French Quarter. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants, attractions and transportation. We rode the street car all over thanks to the desk staff’s suggestion, this made the best use of our time seeing Nola.The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable, the noise outside was minimal of course we were there in the summer during the week. The bathroom was small but did what we needed it to do so it wasn’t the end of the world. The breakfast is not complimentary but the prices weren’t bad and the food was just ok. Again, it served its purpose and was convenient. The pool was lovely, the bar was fully stocked and the drinks were good. We felt safe and welcome, that is important in a place you have never visited before. We would stay again and can’t wait to return.

Definitely will stay here again the four points at Sheridan was in a great location of Bourbon Street as soon as you walk out you have more shops and clubs you could go to especially would have a great weekend and if you don’t, you are very close to Canal Street, which also has great restaurants and stores just a great location overall, as far as the cleanliness of staff, they were great as well and everything we needed we got an efficient manner and no problem with the sheets or towels, being dirty great experience or recommend to anybody staying a few days in New Orleans.

Omg! The front desk staff were the best. When we walked in they cheerfully greeted us and made us feel welcome. We booked a room with a balcony however, it was on the third floor. I politely asked if by chance one was available on the second floor, there was one available and I was so happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. And the staff in the Cafe Paris were also outstanding! Can’t wait to go back.
