I wanted to give this home a 10. Itâs spacious and very clean! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great. The layout of the home is perfect for groups. The TVS were awesome and modern. We came in January. I had seen issues reported with the air con, but dismissed them as expecting cooler temps. Outside temps were in the high 70s to med 60s at night. Inside the condo never got below 77 even through the cooler evening temps. During the day, the inside temp was 80. It was miserable. Most windows could not be opened, and no windows had screens. We reported that the air con was not working (the thermostat showed to call service). It was not resolved prior to our departure. Cooking was out of the question mostly due to raising the inside temp. The back and front steps hallways were cool; we propped the doors open to attempt some cooling of the unit. Hopefully this is resolved for the next guests, and as outside temps rise. The kitchen is adequately stocked. The area is awesome-could easily walk a few blocks to grocery, restaurants, trolley, bus, etc.
The hot water heater was too small for a three bathroom. It would have been nice to have extra blankets and pillows available. The laundry room was not cleaned before our arrival. Overall our stay was good though but not much time spent in the condo.
The stay was very pleasant. My only suggestion is to let the rooms air out as there was a stale odor to the Condo when we arrived on the first day. Kitchen was very clean and and a few maintenance repairs occurred during our stay. (Sink backed up, bathroom drawers were adjusted to open, and there was a minor repair to the outside bannister. Overall very good accommodations.
Everything was as expected except the air conditioning was not consistent. The temperature was basically 80 degrees during the day eventhough the thermostat was on 69 or 70. Management was extremely helpful and prompt once we were able to reach them, but several times we only reached a busy signal. I would definitely book this property again.
The property itself was extremely nice. The interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Every room had great beds and closets with dressers. Plenty of televisions and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Nice appliances and the washer and dryer was great to have. Water was nice and hot !We stayed on the third level which was great but long steps. Might be harder for those that arenât mobile. Only thing that I would say is negative is the outside area around the neighborhood. Many homeless and people roaming around the streets. We walked during the day to downtown but definitely would not have ventured out at night. We took an uber in the evenings. I still give it a 5-Star Rating to stay !
Nice Looking. But a few problems. No water faucet on tub and water pressure in same bathroom very week. Cool air escaping from balcony door, keeping the bedroom warm. WiFi seriously slow. Two bedrooms without a TV. Description not clear as to the access to the unit (9 million stairs) w/o an elevator, not ADA standard.
Good location for what we were doing in New Orleans. Appreciated the on-site outside cameras as there is only street parking. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out in the living spaces. The 39 stairs were tough! Had most of the necessities for our stay (never found a hair dryer). Disappointed with the water pressure in one bathroom, missing faucet in tub, cracks in floor tiles and multiple leaking windows when it rained. One leak was so bad we had to mop each day when it rained and I was concerned about the mold growing around the leaks. I would stay in this location again but NOT on the 3rd floor.
This condo was beautiful! Very clean and just minutes to anywhere in the city. We never had an issue getting a parking place. However i do suggest you Uber where you need to go as it was cheaper than paying to park! Also there were plenty places to eat within walking distance, we had the best coffee every morning from the little cafe next door
Nice, spacious, comfortable and clean! Good location near bars and restaurants. 15 min Uber ride to French quarter. Parking free and easy. Third floor- wasnât prepared for the steep stairwell but made it work.
The home was nice and spacious, located just over a mile from bourbon St. and St Charles St. (walking distance). The kitchen was pretty well stocked, except for the pans, and storage and mixing bowls. The bathrooms and laundry room was well stocked. We had a lot of rain during our stay, and had a leak in one of the windows. Other than the check in and out instructions, we did not get any response to any of our questions or concerns. With all that said, we would stay there again.
It was very confusing to go to two different platforms for info and then when there was an issue with a smoke detector continuously beeping I couldnât get in touch with anyone for 6 hours. Other maintenance issues were a broken handrail for stairs, a tub with missing hardware and a loose door knob
The property was nice & clean, beds were comfortable and very spacious for our group of 7. The area it's located in didn't seem to be that great however thateverno issues.
This top, 3rd floor apartment has all the items you need. Four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dishes, pans, etc. There are a lot of stairs to get up there so be prepared for some exercise. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and it is a drive or an uber to get anywhere, but still a nice apartment.
This place was more then we expected! It was very spacious and had beautiful floors. A few minor items, curtain fell down on the way out to the balcony and some of the structure design was awkward but manageable! I would certainly revisit this property again. The location was decent and had some local stores
We enjoyed the location within walking distance to St. Charles for the Mardi Gras parades. There is also a quaint little brunch place next door with super food and coffee - Cafe Porche and Snowbar. The condo was clean and had a minimalist, palatial vibe with the white marble floors.
This is a third floor unit that was mostly clean but the bathrooms were somewhat dirty. Conditioner or soap was on the bathroom walls. Dust bunnies on the floor. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms & the people below us were really loud at night. Itâs advertised as having two king beds but there is only 1. The location was close driving distance to many things which was nice.
