Staff was very friendly, the room was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. Some of the bathrooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning/checkups, and the shampoo and body wash aren’t the best (although, of course, it’s a hostel, so it might be expected). Would also appreciate milk that could be put in the coffee, rather than creamer powder. Overall a very nice hostel and would recommend it as an affordable way to stay in New Orleans!
