I’ve never been to a Hilton that had such a hard bad. It was very uncomfortable the trolley or street car was right outside our window and it was noisy. There were no free waters even for Hilton honor members. Probably won’t stay there again.

I arrived early at around 11 AM and was told my room would be ready by 2 PM. When I returned at 2, the manager was extremely rude and told me I “should have known” that check-in is after 4 PM. Her attitude completely ruined my experience, and I ended up waiting an additional two hours in the lobby. On top of that, at checkout I was charged $161 CAD more than the $103 CAD Expedia had stated in addition to the $1,000+ I had already paid for my three-night stay. While the location is good, the service is terrible. I am a Hilton Honors member, and this is by far the worst hotel and worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. I would absolutely not recommend this property. The hotel does not have parking either, you will need to pay for valet parking or park somewhere else.

The good: Hotel well located within walking distance to French Quarter, WWII museum and many other places. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The not so good: Left note in shower to refill body wash, not done. Tried multiple times/days to call guest services, rang & rang, no answer. finally got body wash on day 3. Room service tray was left outside a nearby room for 2 nights. They did not offer printed folio at checkout, I assumed it would be emailed. Had to ask for digital copy from Hilton.com 4 days later.
