The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was excellent! The front desk attendant, Shalacie Lang, and the breakfast attendant, Frankie Dorrance, even changed the flat tire on my car - in record time! Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the Slidell, LA, area.

I wish I’d known that you were hosting numerous families with lots of kids due to the soccer tournament in town. Since nobody disciplines their children nowadays, the misbehaved little monsters were running down the halls yelling and screaming during the morning and evening hours. The floors are so poorly constructed, it sounded like sprint races and wrestling matches were going on in the room directly overhead. It only stopped between midnight and 5:00 am. Sure, I asked for a room on the top floor, but was told they were all taken. The breakfast area was overwhelmed by the large family presence. It would have been nice to have hash browns or grits available. When I checked on my points, I was told I only had 1000 on record. Hard to believe since I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and never used any points. Something is wrong with this picture!
