The only thing that was good was paige the front desk clerk and victor who headed the maintenence staff which both are extremely over paid you are all charged way too much for the rooms that you went out. The first room we had was really small, the the T. V didn't work. The air conditioner didn't work. No refrigerator no microwave. And we had to pay a $157 for parking even after we had. Paid $600 for 3 nights at your establishment. The second night we switched rooms little bigger still no microwave or frigerator. Air conditioner still didn't work adequately. It never got any cooler than 74Ā° in the room. We had to go to Walmart. And purchase a van so we could sleep both both beds in both rooms leaned to where the person with less weight was higher than the person with more weight. After the second night we decided to.Cut our losses and go home. Because our experience was horrible we will never stay at this place again. It was in no way worth the price we paid. Charging for parking is absolutely ridiculet's when people stay at your facility? Especially the prices you all charge. We enjoy getting to know and conversating. With with the couple staff memyes, they were the greatest part of your facility. Other than that it is not worth what you all start by no means

Such a cute place! The historic rooms really sold me before arriving, but the staff is unparalleled. Seriously. My entire group could not stop raving about our stay. Cassidy, Trey, and Kim made it AMAZING. If you are looking for something charming, historic, and comfortable you have come to the right place. I canā€™t wait to come back!

The property itself is a cute and charming property. However, because it is an indoor/outdoor hotel, beware of bugs if thatā€™s a non negotiable for you. Huge cockroaches (from outside) and other little bugs frequent the room and had us pretty paranoid as we really hate bugs. If you stay here, close the shutters, that helps. No one told us that. We had to discover that on our own. They donā€™t serve breakfast or clean the rooms/replace towels daily. If you ask for towels, they will give them to you. However, thereā€™s no phone in the room, so itā€™s a hike up/down stairs to communicate with staff. The staff is really nice! Kim and (lady on night staff) were extremely helpful and very hospitable! Like very! Loved them. Kim will tell you all the local hotspots, including point you to the deli nearby that has delicious authentic food. NIght staff lady was hilarious. I wouldnā€™t stay there again, but it definitely was not their fault! My crew just prefers more amenities.

Charming, small property that's far enough off Bourbon St. to be quieter, but easily walkable. Our room was clean, easy to find, and well air conditioned (big bonus for those of us from cooler climates). The hotel staff was super helpful and very friendly. Our only complaints were two nights in a row a group of people were in the courtyard around 2am and we're VERY loud for several hours. Add to that a nearby room had a small dog that barked for HOURS one evening. That was frustrating. Otherwise, we'll be back!

Love it!

This charming little room was very clean, shower was great and the beds are so COMFY! Room is very small (no table or sitting area) but who stays in their room while on vacation! Bathroom was good size and the pools are awesome. You can even smoke by one of the pools which was a plus for us with our coffee in the morning. EVERY staff personal was friendly and easy to talk to. Will stay again for sure!
