Room was clean. They brought and extra blankets when requested late at night. The staff were wonderful. We had an amazing time down at the bar each night getting to know the bar tender. She was great at giving us recommendations on things to explore. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Great location to all the fun also.

Early check in was a nice welcome. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. An issue of a barking dog (in a no pet hotel) was quickly resolved. The staff friendly. I would stay here again!

The staff was great. My only issue is my ac wasn’t working. I kept having to turn it on and off. Second day it got very cold so it didn’t matter but the first day/night was terrible. They let me check in at 10:15 am when I asked to drop my backpack there so that was lovely.

The room was clean and the location was walkable and away from the craziness of Canal Street. The Valet car size limitations should be more clear though. We drove in with a Truck that was accepted the 1st night by the valet but the 2nd night we were told it shouldnt have been accepted because it was oversized , they parked it anyway but glad we didnt bring my Suburban becuase it's longer then our truck and too high to fit in the self parking garage. If you are driving in with a Truck or SUV call and check before booking. We probably wont stay at this property again.

The front desk clerk Nivea was beyond excellent with her customer service skills. She went above and beyond with helping me get the television issues resolved and with helping me get a taxi to the airport after many cabs never showed. I want to say THANK YOU again to Nivea and it's because of her professionalism that I will be staying at this same hotel next year.

Being a very old building the rooms and the bathrooms are clean. Morning breakfast was good but the hospitality could've been a little better, the women that work the front desk were not very pleasant, even though they answer your questions, but it was right to business and nothing else which is fine, but be pleasant

The room was fine, except apparently the smoke sensor went off and I was charged for this. I detest smoke and always seek non-smoking properties. I do not smoke, vape, didn't light a candle, in other words - complete BS. Additionally, I was charged at a "walk-in" rate, when I had booked my stay through Expedia with the "pay at hotel" option. Upon calling the hotel, they were unhelpful in resolving the charges and I was told to call my bank.
