My stay here was great. The front desk clerks were all kind and friendly. I got the exact room I booked. The price wasnât bad at all. I even extended my stay by one night. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. I will be back again soon and hope to get the same room. Itâs very quiet too. The parking lot had plenty of space to park. I slept like a baby. Thank you!!
Convenient to the airport, and it seems the whole place has been refurbished. the room was very clean, which I appreciate, and the breakfast was your standard hotel fare but very adequate. No real frills, but certainly good for a one or two-night stay in the New Orleans area.
This property is located near the airport. The area is run down and doesnât feel safe. The building itself is very old, but the rooms have recently been remodeled. When we arrived our room had a fire detector beep going off and the TV was messed up. After an hour, we were able to settle in. My biggest issue was the staff was not helpful or friendly. The breakfast was subpar at best and everything was always out, especially the coffee. When you asked for more, they said to check the coffee at the front desk. I went to the front desk and it was out. Also, the dispensers for the artificial sweetener were also empty. They jacked their rates up for the Super Bowl and youâd think a $131.00 per night hotel room that was $800 per night you could get some decent service and coffee.
I called and MJ told me off and hung up I went there and we got into words he called me a N I G G A I never checked in and want a refund and no they keep refusing my refund please why are you REJECTING MY REVIEW EXPEDIA ?? Are you working w this hotel against me?
