Did not get the two rooms that I requested. Check in by phone took over 45 minutes, we spoke with four other groups that went through the same process we did. Air conditioner was great, property manager was delightful. Housekeeping was very nice.

loved how walkable everything was. I enjoyed that this wasn’t the typical commercial hotel with a loud busy lobby and lots of children running around. The balconies were nice and spacious but lacked good views (blame the other buildings it is next to)

Loved everything except check in . When we arrived it kept saying check in unavailable.we has to ring a number which put you through every place but new Orleans so has to pick one. Located in a great spot right on canal couple min walk to the French quarter. Super clean and pretty quiet parking is kinda pricey since you have to pay for a garage somewhere but would definitely book again
