The property is slightly isolated and homeless hang out nearby. Honestly homeless were all over NOLA, but none of them bothered us. Just be aware of your surroundings and keep moving. The hotel was super close to canal and bourbon street

Clean and comfy mattress. Location of the hotel is near a lot of attractions. Charlie stop is right around the corner. Customer service is good. One thing is there is homeless is usually outside or is hanging around near the area.
