The breakfast was exceptional! Taste, presentation, variety. The staff seemed genuinely happy that we were there, very outgoing and welcoming. The hotel overall & our room was clean, it smelled nice in the foyer area & we will definitely utilize this hotel the next time we visit the city!

I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was at meeting. When I got back the room was not cleaned. The toilet was plugged - it took three attempts to unclog it/. Someone commuted in a planter by my room and even though I reported it the vomit was till there when I left. Our next door neighbor smoked pot in the courtyard and staff didn’t seem to care. I was in NOLA for professional reasons. I couldn’t rest when I needed to because staff were in there/. I was fine for 10 hours/. You would think in 10 hours they could have taken care of the room. It was a disappointing stay/.

Very clean and spacious! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hotel is in the middle very convenient to take a Lyft to where you need to go. If I ever get a chance to visit New Orleans again, I would book at Sonesta again!
