The place looks nice at first but when you pay attention you can see it’s dirty, the sofa in the room had what we think where blood stains and dirt in the sides, the carpet was very dirty, in the bed and towels you could find hairs. Breakfast was really good, better than what you find in most hotels.

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

The hotel was wonderfully comfortable, and clean. One observation was that the shower in our room has a partial glass divider which allows water to bounce and sprinkle the area in front of the toilet. Not a big problem if you're one person, but if you are showering after two other people, the floor can be a little wet. This is not positive or negative, just something I noticed that was unconventional. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was quite pleased with the experience. Parking is offered through the hotel at 45 a day with a valet, but you can pay $30 in the parking garage next door. The difference being, a spot is not guaranteed if you leave.

A really great deal for the location! Walking distance from the French Quarter, or a short drive away from a lot of attractions. The room we stayed in included a fridge/kitchenette area. No frills, but it was nice and clean and reasonable pricing for two nights.
