This was a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend. Very close to the areas we neeeded to be. The grocery, food places and pharmacy were so close as well. The apartmetnent was so quaint, just what you want and excepet of a place to stay in New Orleans, sure beats a hotel.
This place is in a great location. We loved that it was such a short walk to the trolley stop. I will say the water pressure is lacking but other than that was a great place to stay.
The apartment was very comfortable, very quiet and a great place to relax after a long day. Having a small grocery store next door, a drugstore across the street, and several restaurants, a bakery and ice cream store in walking distance was terrific.
This townhouse was so beautiful, lovely, comfortable furniture, spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets very soft. Neighborhood was safe, walkable, and had plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. 10/10 would def recommend
We had several cars with our group and were able to find parking on the street very close by. We LOVED the neighborhood location and were able to walk to most places or took a short car ride. The beds were comfy and the living room was spaciousâŠloved the vibes! We would love to stay here again!
My family stayed at the apartment for my son's college graduation. The apartment was IDEALLY located. Easy, short walk to St. Charles trolley and Magazine Street. The surrounding neighborhood was charming, safe, clean and quiet. With a small grocery store right next door and a pharmacy across the street, as well as a fantastic creamery down the block, convenience was at our finger tips. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well appointed for all our needs and tremendously comfortable. 5 stars in every way!
The property was clean and well equipped with a lot of amenities, which was super helpful in making sure our stay went well. The air conditioning was especially appreciated! The host was communicative and clear about surrounding businesses and check in/out processes. Would definitely recommend to a fellow traveler.
three bedrooms, but just one bath, something to keep in mind. Also: second floor might not work for some people.
But the location is stellar -- restaurants, ice cream, small stores. Live like a local.
The property was quite large with 3 individual bathrooms. 1 shared bathroom which is absolutely expected in a shotgun layout like this. Large living area with a very nice, updated kitchen. The location is excellent for anyone who wants to stay in Uptown NOLA. Situated on Prytania between Napoleon & Jefferson and Magazine & St. Charles Avenue. You can get anywhere Uptown easily and quickly. You can also just walk down the street to some great places and awesome wine store. We did not find the neighborhood nor the apartment noisy. We are from NOLA and return many times a year but spend an extended amount of time at Christmas. This apartment was perfect for us. We were very easily able to get to the homes of family and friends. We will most definitely be staying here again.
The apartment is unique, we did have issue checking in due to poor communication with manager but got it figured out.
Only one bathroom, although stated, we overlooked and was a bit of an issue with 4 guests.
However, overall, the unit was clean, adequate and quite conveniently located next to a supermarket and most area attractions.
The house is super adorable, was amazingly clean and the owner and his wife were the absolute best! Highly recommend and our next trip back we will be staying here again!
2 friends and I stayed for a few nights. We went to undergrad nearby so we were familiar with the area. Great location.
The apt has a (nonfunctional) door that separates the apt from the one next door. Similar to conjoining hotel rooms. Bc the door and walls are relatively thin you could hear conversations and activities in the other apt very clearly in our apt. Including him playing the drums.
One of the rooms does not have a fan and remained significantly warmer than the other bedrooms.
The apt was clean and decorated well.
Great apartment. Very clean, with comfy beds. Nice modern furnishings and eclectic, fun art. Neighborhood was good with grocery store, corner bar, French bakery. Po-Boy restaurant within 5 min. walk. Would rent again!
This unit is a charming historic clean unit. We didnât use the kitchen, but it looks to be recently updated. Itâs a great location with a coffee shop & other walkable stores/restaurants. We felt safe walking the neighborhood. It is only two blocks from the street car. We found there to be plenty of close street parking. This is an upper unit with stairs.
My Wife and I truly enjoyed this property and the location in Uptown! It was quiet and peaceful with enough great restaurants and options close by. It is also only two blocks from the Streetcar which allowed us the ability to travel from Carrollton through downtown to City Park, basically covering any area we enjoy visiting when in New Orleans.
The property was a historical home that has been reinvented and is very modernized. The home has a contemporary feel throughout and is decorated beautifully without compromising its historical value. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very clean. Our host Mr. Bernard was so awesome and he responded to our request immediately and thatâs hard to find these days! I recommend this property in New Orleans because it has a good location that is convenient to all the sights and it is well kept with an even better price.
