We had 3 generations gathering for my sonâs college graduation. Itâs my third time booking a property in this development and it always works out great. The space is really clean, bright and perfect for a group. We loved all the nice table seating and places to gather in the living area. We also really enjoyed the pool. Some people might notice the immediate neighborhood is in transition, but as someone who is familiar with the city, Iâm comfortable here. The gated property is secure, and the central location is convenient to many areas of New Orleans. Iâll look forward to staying at these properties for future trips.
We loved the location and cleanliness of this house. Enough room for our family of 7. Close to the streetcar. What we did not love was the lack of basic amenities. No salt & pepper. Only 1 garbage bag. Not enough cookware. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. I use these home rental sites to get the feel of a home. This place felt more like a hotel disguised as a home. I hope I never have to use Hosteeva again. I rather rent from the real home owners instead.
The property is as described and very close to all that we wanted to do. Note that the trolley drops you off on one side of the quarter and you can expect a lot of walking to get to some parts, like Frenchman. Frustrated by the phone system - there was a language barrier when I called for more washcloths - there were only three for 8 people and we got more sheets instead. Blankets are very thin and we were glad we had our car blankets to bring in and use on the beds! Kitchen not well stocked but they did send hot pad when asked. I bought a spatula at the thrift store - so enjoy that when you visit! Overall it was a great place and we loved it.
We enjoyed our stay at this property! Very comfortable for our family of 10. Easy check in and responded quickly to our questions and needs. They were also very accommodating when we requested to stay a couple extra nights due to flights being canceled (snow storm and everything closed down). We would definitely stay there again!
Great location for meetings at the Ernest Morial Convention Center. Easy access to the trolly to get to the French Quarter. The accommodations were the perfect size for our group of 8 guests.
My family and I found your property very acceptable and accommodating. The location was close to most attractions but the best asset was the RTA Trolley station conveniently located at the end of the block, which we used everyday of our stay.
Overall will book again, the space was nice for the 10 of us to have our own space, enough sitting room space for us all to be together and enjoy a meals, a movie and game night. My family enjoyed. Plenty of towels and basic essentials
We enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was really clean and nice. We had everything we could have needed. Good location with easy access to any area we wanted to visit.
We had a great time in NOLA with only a few complaints. It was cold when we got there so we needed blankets that were not in the condo. I sent a message and got a response right away. They said they would send a message to housekeeping but we never received the blankets or a message from housekeeping. Also, parking was a gamble. The paid parking was expensive and there was no security. It is under an overpass filled with a homeless camp. I wouldn't recommend parking there. We had better luck later in the week with street parking. The couches in the photo look nice but very uncomfortable. One cushionâs springs made it impossible to sit on without rolling over onto the person sitting next to you. It made it unsuitable for watching football games. Most of my family either had to sit on the floor or on dining chairs. A few changes would make this Condo perfect, the location is excellent for street cars and walking to a quick bite to eat.
What a pretty & spacious property! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Beds were comfy, lots of space, close to the Quarter & streetcar right up the block. Lots of friends commented that they would love to live here! Fun birthday getaway for me! Felt safe & secure & walked to dinner twice. The only thing we'd suggest is more washcloths/towels per guest & a few more items in the kitchen but otherwise excellent stay! Definitely would come back. Thank you
We stayed with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. There was plenty of room and we felt safe. The area had plenty of street parking. There was only 1 ply toilet paper and the kitchen did not have a ton of cookware but enough for New Orleans because you should be eating out and enjoying the food. The location was great for travelers with a car that want to be close but not in the crazy noise. We enjoyed our stay.
The unit was great and as described. It looked brand new, very clean and comfortable. A great and usable space with the only drawback being the lack of standard items; blankets, glassware, pans, it was a pretty bare kitchen. The upside is that itâs not cluttered, but still challenging on that rare occasion you want to prepare a meal for a group. Overall terrific stay.
We had a group of 10 celebrating my husbandâs 60th birthday and this place was perfect. It was a great location, just a little over a mile from Bourbon street and the French Quarter. We could walk or Uber very easily. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend.
