The room was old. There was a problem with the AC. There was some type of gas or sewage leak so we were unable to use the AC and needed to have the doors open to breath. I requested a full refund for last night and was given only a $200.00 credit. The last night the smell was the most strong

Great doorman Caleb....fun personality. Had a problem getting the room serviced 1 day because we had a do not disturb sign which we took off at 9:30 am. Took numerous calls to the desk for 3 hours and did not get serviced until 7 pm that night. Otherwise that was the only issue.
