Overall the hotel was nice , irratated I had to ask for soap twice and the container was empty , water wasn’t very hot . But overall we had a great time the pool was very relaxing

Nice hotel but could use paint snd other refreshes. In the midst of the action but also quiet. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired; requires scheduling but that wasn’t communicated and when they leave you with no wash clothes, it’s your responsibility to go to the front desk to retrieve your own.

Hotel has junk fees and shady

Not happy at all with the service I’ve received after the checkout. Surprises after checkout with additional charges now I cannot get a response from the front desk to send me a copy of charges. This will be my review here but I will be doing other reviews on other platforms and social media if they don’t resolve the issue.

The hotel’s pool was enjoyable, and the garden area near the lobby was beautiful and well-maintained. We also had a good experience at the on-site restaurant, Desire. Overall, I liked the hotel, but due to the room condition and pest issue, I wouldn’t say I loved it.
