To start with, my reservation should be 2 nights/ 3 days but when I checked in, the hotel staff said that that I was booked for 1 night only. Actually, that was the hotels.com fault. I paid in advance but the hotel just received the payment for 1 night. 2. The sink was clogged so called for maintenance to fix it. 3. There was no mat at the bottom of the tub- it’s very slippery thus both me and my daughter slipped.
