The place always clean . Security is top notch makes you feel really safe. And of course the staff. They make you feel at home and go out of there way to make your stay comfortable. I stay a lot of places and the saint in New Orleans Is by far the best place

Only stayed 1 night- room was clean Staff friendly Check in easy. I will say the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable Shower head needed to be updated. Not a lot of water or water pressure coming out. Def not made for anyone with thick hair. The hotel was very cool looking inside and also had a good variety of drinks and snacks in the lobby for purchase.
